Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to Request Deletion

Samroid publishes several apps, and each app keeps its own accounts. To make sure we delete the right person's data, and nobody else's, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request". The link opens a ready-made template. Please include:

• App name (required) — see the list below. Send one request per app.
• Account identifier (required) — the email address, phone number, or sign-in method (for example, Google Sign-In) you use in that app.
• What to delete (required) — your whole account, or only specific data.
• Package name and app version (optional) — found on the Google Play listing and in the app's Settings or About screen. This helps us find your data faster.
• User ID (optional) — if the app shows one in its profile or settings.

Where an app offers a delete-account option inside its settings, you may use that instead; it deletes the account you are signed in to.

2. Identity Verification

We never delete data based on an unverified request, because a wrong or fake request could remove someone else's account.

• If you write from the same email address that is linked to your app account, we treat that as verification.
• If you write from a different address, or your account uses a phone number or other sign-in, we will send a one-time confirmation code or link to the email or phone linked to that account. We proceed only after you confirm it.
• If the details you send do not match any account, or match more than one, we will ask for more information before doing anything.
• We will never ask for your password.

3. What We Delete

After we verify your request, we permanently delete your account in the app you named, along with its profile details, sign-in identifiers (including Google or other OAuth identifiers), and any content or records linked to that account. Accounts in other Samroid apps are not affected unless you ask for them too.

We may keep a limited record only where the law requires it (for example, tax or payment records), and only for as long as the law requires. Such records are not used for any other purpose.

4. Social Media Platforms

Samroid publishes its own announcements to its own pages on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Telegram, Bluesky, and Viber. These integrations are connected only to accounts that Samroid owns and administers. We do not use them to collect or store personal data about other people.

If you believe we hold any data about you received from one of these platforms, email us as described above and we will delete it. You can also remove any app's access from your own platform settings — for example, Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.

5. Timeline & Confirmation

We acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days. After your identity is verified, we complete the deletion within 30 days and email you when it is done.
